Please Note: When returning a product, our packaging may not meet the requirements of the shipping company you use so the shipper is responsible for making sure the product is properly packaged and insured according to the shipping companies policies, just as we will be responsible for anything we ship to our customers.

All products are checked and tested before shipping to make sure they are in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and you must keep the shipping box (all shipping companies require the shipping box to process a damaged item claim) so we can file a claim with the shipping company and replace your damaged product.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Orders cancelled after they have shipped will be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees include all shipping charges that we incur.
