The Perfect G40
perfect book binder uses hot glue to adhere pages to your
pre-made cover that will wrap completely around the book
(front, back and spine) creating a perfect paperback or
hardback book bind. The Perfect G40 does this by first
applying a layer of hot glue, then wrapping the cover around
the book pages. The end result is a perfect book bind every
time.
There are many ways to bind books including plastic comb,
metal coils, tape and ring, but the most popular and
professional way perfect binding. In the past, perfect
binding was extremely difficult and expensive ... anyone
wanting to use this method would need to purchase an
expensive machine and get special training. Due to these
restrictions only large binderies or publishers used perfect
binding. Now with the G40 perfect
binding machine, it's affordable and easy to do.
Easy to Follow
- 4 Step Process
Step 1
Position main handle. Place cover then pages and close clamp.
Step 2
Push main handle. Apply glue by pushing glue applicator left
then right (twice for thick books).
Step 3
Pull main handle and press for at least 5 seconds (10 seconds
for thick books).
Step 4
Turn main handle back. Open clamp and remove book.
