NEW ArtSign JSM3060H Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine. The ArtSign JSM3060H is equipped with a precision 60W water cooled CO2 laser that will engrave almost anything on almost any surface. The JSM3060H can also be used for cutting many different materials. This machine supports multiple graphic formats including PLT / DXF / BMP / JPG / GIF / PGN and TIF. Just connect the ArtSign JSM3060H to your PC and install the included LaserCut Software to Engrave almost anything on almost any surface using included LaserCut software or use option to engrave directly from CorelDraw or AutoCAD software. The JSM3060H also has the capability of storing 128MB of files for future engraving without being connected to a computer. Engraves on Leather, Wood, Acrylic, Plastics, Painted Metals, LMM Coated Metals* and much more.

      
       

We offer basic phone support which only includes help to engrave text from the software that is included with the machine. The software is called LaserCut 5. We do not support images or do any further support on this item. Everything you need to get started including the product manual is included with this item. Some installation and assembly required.

This Engraver does not work on windows XP Pro or windows 7. It does work on all other windows version but we only give tech support on Windows XP Home. If you have something besides XP home then we cannot give any tech support.

Please Note: Laser Engravers are not something every one can operate. The included software can be complicated for some people and all CO2 laser engravers can be dangerous unless properly used. You must be willing to take the time needed to learn the software and the operation of the laser engraver. The time needed will vary greatly depending on your knowledge. MBKP International LLC agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there is no evidence of abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. Wearable items are not covered under warranty. Wearable items include, but are not limited to; laser tubes, focal lens, reflection lens, light bulbs and fuses. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. MBKP International LLC makes no further warranty of any kind and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose.

Repairs done by us would required the laser engraver to be shipped back to us or we can ship parts to you for you to replace the defective part. If you decide to replace a defective part yourself, MBKP International LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while repairing this laser engraver. We highly recommend you use a qualified professional to replace any parts. Should you decide to return the laser engraver to us for repair, you would be responsible for making sure the laser engraver is properly packaged and insured for shipping. We highly recommend that you keep all packing materials for future use, if needed.

If shipping this laser engraver back to us for repair, shipping charges will be paid in the following manner:

1-30 days from date of purchase - We pay all shipping charges.
30 days to end of warranty - You pay shipping to us, we pay shipping back to you.
After warranty has expired - You pay all shipping charges.

*LMM Coated Metals are metals that have been sprayed with an LMM or Laser Marking Material Spray. Typically a CO2 laser engraver like the one sold here will not engrave on metals unless it is painted metal. However, LMM sprays have recently been introduced to the market and if used correctly, will enable a CO2 laser engraver to engrave on many types of metal. We do not sell LMM spray but you can find it on the internet. However, we dont guarantee LLM spray will work as we do not manufacturer it. It would be up to you to learn how to use it. We do not accept returns on this item for the reason of it did not engrave on metal.
